URL-Encoding

When form variables are transmitted to the server via the GET method, any character other than a letter, digit, or any of the characters $-_.+!*'() will be encoded.  The character will be encoded into a % followed by the two-character (upper case) hexadecimal representation of the ASCII character.

CW automatically decodes these representations.
