Our vision is to supply high quality infrastructure technologies for the development and deployment of Internet services.

Simple and elegant design of our reusable components will enable the rapid development of sophisticated products, bypassing the most troublesome technical issues.

Infrastructure Technology

Vermont Database Corporation has developed key infrastructure technologies for computing, to wit:

An interpreted object-oriented scripting language similar to Java
A high-performance relational database
A core web application server with explicit support for

HTML Generation
Forms processing
Cookies
Email
ODBC database connectivity
Native object store
Runtime generation of new classes based upon database schema

These technologies have been combined and augmented to produce a prototype Internet Services Framework (ISF) that has functionality similar to ColdFusion, JSP, PHP, or ASP.

We believe the availability of expert consulting and complete source code make it possible to build upon this core technology to produce market-ready solutions such as

special-purpose web or Internet services that are not dependent on third-party software
general-purpose Internet Services Frameworks comparable to such products as BEA WebLogic and IBM WebSphere
